Returns Policy

Because all of our products are made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

However, if something is wrong with your order, we will absolutely make it right.

When We Do Offer Refunds

Refunds and replacements are offered in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong product)
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• Your item was mislabeled (e.g., wrong size tag)

To initiate a claim: Email us at support@officialroqsolid.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll respond promptly with a resolution.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Size & Fit

We don’t offer size exchanges since each item is produced on demand.

If your item was mislabeled (wrong size tag inside the garment), contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number — we’ll send you the correct size or issue a refund.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to our facility due to an undeliverable address or an unclaimed shipment, here’s what happens:

• You’ll receive an email notifying you the package has been returned

• We’ll hold it at our facility for 30 days at no cost to you

• During that time, contact us to arrange a reship (shipping costs apply) or a refund for the product (not shipping)

• After 30 days, the package may be discarded

What We Don’t Cover

• Returns due to change of mind
• Wrong size ordered (use our size charts before purchasing)
• Packages returned due to customer-provided incorrect address
• Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery
