Shipping Policy
How Your Order Is Made
All products are made on demand through our global print-on-demand fulfillment center. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow production time before your order ships.
Production Time
Most orders take 3–7 business days to fulfill before being handed off to the carrier. This does not include shipping transit time.
Note: During peak periods (holidays, new drops), production may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are as follows:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have questions about your tracking or shipment, reach out to us at support@officialroqsolid.com with your order number.
International Orders & Customs (When applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on the destination country. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are entirely outside of our control.
• Customs and tax fees are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not able to predict or guarantee what fees may apply
• Please check with your local customs office before ordering internationally
• Orders refused due to customs fees will not be refunded for shipping costs
My Order Hasn’t Arrived — What Now?
If your expected delivery window has passed, please do the following before contacting us:
• Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
• Check with your local post office — sometimes packages are held there
If the address was correct and you still can’t locate your order, email us at support@officialroqsolid.com with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
Wrong address?
If there’s a mistake in your delivery address that caused the package to be undeliverable, we can send a replacement — but shipping costs for the replacement will be at your expense.
